- Free licenses (no payment made)
- Renewal payments (second billing cycle and beyond)
- Purchases older than 30 days
- Licenses that have been previously refunded
- Custom development services
- Discounted or promotional purchases (case-by-case basis)
2. Refund Conditions
2.1 Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests after 30 days will not be processed.
2.2 First Purchase Only
The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a specific product. Subsequent purchases or renewals are not eligible.
2.3 Valid Reasons

4. Refund Processing

5. After Refund
5.1 License Deactivation
Once a refund is processed:
- Your license will be immediately deactivated
- You will lose access to Pro features
- You will no longer receive updates or support
- You must remove the plugin from all sites (if required)
5.2 Data Retention
After a refund:
- Your account remains active (you can still use free features)
- Purchase history is retained for record-keeping
- You can repurchase at any time (but won't be eligible for another refund)
6. Subscription Cancellations
6.1 Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.2 No Refunds for Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription does NOT entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
6.3 Renewal Refunds
